Description

SPIRITT Family Services offers an array of services designed to strengthen the entire family, not just the individual seeking treatment. The services address the needs of children; positively intervene in the lives of vulnerable youth; teach parents how to care for their new babies; and give parents the skills to overcome addictions and provide for the emotional and physical well-being of their families. SPIRITT Family Services also provides crisis intervention, life skills and hope for a stable, nurturing and healthy family for high-need families in eastern Los Angeles County.

Key Services include:

  • KEYS Mental Health is a mental health prevention and treatment services for children and youth exhibiting emotional and behavioral problems and support for their families living in SPA 3.

  • Psychiatric Assessment Services are offered at no- or low-cost for low-income families.

  • SHARE and Teen SHARE offer a full range of substance use prevention and recovery services for adults or teens including individual, group and family counseling.

  • VISTA is an outpatient, drug-free, co-occurring treatment program for recovering users; serving youth, adults and their families.

  • Medi-Cal only (full-scope)
  • Must be in Spot 3 geographic region
  • Those with other means of payment can be referred to a sister program

How to Apply

Walk in or call 855-714-8800 to schedule an appointment from 8:30am-4:30pm Ask for intake. Staff will conduct an initial screening in person or over the phone, collecting basic information. Then a program manager will assess medical need, and if applicant meets the criteria will assign him/her to a therapist. The therapist will then call the applicant to schedule an initial session.

Bring Medi-Cal info and Social Security card.
