Description

Paralegals and an attorney provide free legal services to low-income Senior Citizens of Los Angeles County. They offer help with wills, tenant disputes, caregiver issues, consumer issues/fraud, debitor/creditor issues, financial elder abuse, guardianship/conservatorship, Holocaust reparations, home equity fraud, in-home supportive services, Medi-Cal/Medicare, nursing home/residential care, powers of attorney for healthcare and Social Security/SSI.

The legal assistance program will NOT provide assistance with living trust/probate, child custody, child support, vehicle accidents, personal injury, immigration, medical malpractice, and criminal issues. Please call in advance to see if the clinic can handle particular client case.
