Upon successful completion of the 120 day program, clients are able to access a continuum of care. The continuum of care includes one-year low-cost (subsidized) housing. All programs offer dignified, independent living coupled with supportive services -based on self-accountability - to ensure that clients transition from low-functioning dependency to sustainable, community contributors.

- For those with verifiable connections to the service area, which includes Upland, Ontario, Pomona, Montclair, Claremont, Alta Loma, and Rancho Cucamonga.
