Program provides housing stabilization services. Services are aimed at homeless prevention and rapid rehousing programs (move-in, rental and utilities assistance, and motel vouchers) along with linkages to community resources. Financial assistance is subject to funding and geographical restrictions
- Participant households must only include people who are citizens or permanent residents.
- Household income should not be above 30% of the area median income.
- Participants must have exhausted all available resources. Additionally, participants must show sustainability, meaning that they will have a means to continue to pay rent in the future.
- For rental assistance, participants must have lived in Pomona for 3 months or longer, or must have some sort of connection to Pomona (e.g. they work in Pomona, they go to school in Pomona, etc.).

How to Apply
Interested parties must call the general intake line at 909-629-1331. Eligibility will be determined over the phone. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Generally, funding is available starting in August and remains until May-April. This organization does not maintain a waiting list.
