The Self-Sufficiency program utilizes a matrix that evaluates a client's level of independence and quality of life across a variety of areas. The matrix is then used to assess the client's needs and work with the client to set goals and create a plan for becoming self-sufficient. Citadel's services help clients work toward self-sufficiency by connecting them with:

  • Housing
  • Clothing
  • Education
  • Credit and mortgage counseling
  • Resume Development
