Peer mentoring and support for ages 16 to 25.

Services Offered

Peer Support • Counseling • Group Counseling • Mentoring • Support Groups


Volunteer peer counselors support young adults facing challenges including:

-Parent issues
-Feeling helpless
-School problems
-Substance abuse

Support is available in person, in groups, and by phone. All peer mentors receive specialized training and ongoing supervision and support from Tri-City clinical staff. See calendar for monthly activities.

How to Apply

Individuals must be referred to the program by a community agency, school, or faith based organization. To make a referral, submit a completed referral form via fax (909-865-0867) or email (p2p@tricitymhs.org). All referral receive a response within 2 business days.
