BRIDGES provides community mental health services for children and youth up to age 21 and their families in the San Fernando Valley. This program outreaches to young people making their way towards independence and who are in need of individual or family support.
TruStart services include the following:
- Therapy Services
- Psychiatric and Medication Services
- Case Management/benefit establishment
- Specialized groups
- Prevention and Early Intervention Services
- Evidence Based Practices
- Crisis Intervention
- For children, youth, and young adults age 6-21 years old with a mental health and/or co-occurring diagnosis.

Referrals are accepted from a variety of community sources, including medical providers, Department of Children and Family Services, Department of Mental Health, schools, home and others.
